OctaSea is a software service. Akdron Consultancy is not a recruitment and placement service agency, manning agency or employer, and does not hold itself out as one. We do not recruit, select, place or represent seafarers, we do not act for any company, and we never charge a fee for employment. What you pay for is software use (AI analysis, AI writing, interview practice) and email delivery.
2. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee replies, interviews, job offers, contracts or any particular outcome. Hiring decisions are made only by the companies concerned, based on their own needs and criteria.
3. AI-generated content
Scores, suggestions, written text and interview feedback are produced automatically by AI. They can contain mistakes and are not professional, legal or medical advice. ATS scores are our own estimate and are not issued or endorsed by any employer or software vendor. Always review AI output and make sure your resume is accurate before you use it.
4. Company email list
The company addresses used by Resume Sender are compiled from publicly available business contact information. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any of those companies, and their inclusion does not mean they are hiring or have agreed to receive applications. Company names and trademarks belong to their owners.
5. Beware of job scams
No one at OctaSea will ever ask you for money in exchange for a job, a joining letter or a visa. If someone claims to offer a job through OctaSea for a fee, it is a scam; please report it to info@octasea.com.
