This policy explains how and when OctaSea delivers the services you buy. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. No physical shipping
OctaSea sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped to a postal address and there are no shipping charges. Every service is delivered online, inside your OctaSea account at octasea.com, and is available worldwide wherever the website can be reached.
2. When each service is delivered
Delivery starts automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed:
- AI Resume Analyzer: your report usually appears in about a minute, under AI Resume Analyzer in your account.
- AI Resume Builder (AI writing upgrade): AI writing is unlocked for that resume immediately. PDF downloads are available at once and as often as you like.
- AI Mock Interview: the interview starts immediately. You can pause and continue it later; your report appears when you finish.
- Resume Sender: your order joins the sending queue straight away and sending usually starts within minutes. Most orders are fully sent within 24 hours. You can follow progress live under Orders.
3. Confirmation
We email a confirmation to your account's email address after a successful payment, and your order or result is always visible in your account. Resume Sender also emails you when sending is complete.
4. If something is delayed
- Payments are sometimes confirmed a few minutes late by the bank. The service unlocks automatically once confirmation arrives; you don't need to pay again.
- If a service hasn't been delivered within the times above (or within 48 hours for Resume Sender), contact us at info@octasea.com or on WhatsApp with your order ID. If we can't deliver it, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
